• Hello, this plugin is amazing but I’m still having the same problem that I reported two weeks ago.

I put online my website and at a first glance everything seems working fine. I can switch between the languages without any problem.

The problem appears when I go back to the website from the second time on. The default language, Italian, doesn’t work anymore because it becomes English after. Then, when I navigate over the pages, it appears a white page with this error:

    “Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at camugliano.it Port 80″

If I delete the cookies, the process descibed upon starts again.

I’m getting crazy because I tried many things but I really don’t know how to solve this problem.

    The website is: https://www.camugliano.it
I can give you all the necessary information and data.

Please, it’s urgent because the website is already online.

    Thanks in Advance!!

I’ve done several tests here with Firefox and Chrome.
Default language is Italian, visited several pages no errors.
Switch to English and back, no errors.
Leaved the site while English was the language set. Go back to the site comes to English version = correct
Leaved the site while Italian was the language set. Go back to the site comes to Ialian version = correct.

No errors, only temporary white screen when switching between pages.

    Which browser do you use?

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Is still an option, but qTranslate X works here as expected.

I’m using Chrome but the problem is not that.

So do you think it is a problem of the server where the website is hosted?

If it works here than it seems to me unlikely. Have you ever tried using another Internet connection/other computer?

Yes, and I have the same problem. What is strange is that this morning everything looked working fine, and now I’m having the same issue.

I don’t, it drives me mad! It seems nosense!

I think it has to be something related to the cache management…

Do you use a plugin for that?
If so, deactivate it and clear cache and cookies.

    No plugin affects that parameter…
