Internal server error

    Hello,

    I am getting Internal server error on my website https://mododent.bg/home/ when I activate the Boxzilla plugin. See a screenshot here: https://mododent.bg/500.png
    Actually I can create and edit boxes but when I am trying to publish or save the changes I receive white screen with Internal server error as well.
    The plugin is disabled now and everything on the theme works properly. I tried to enable and disable other plugins I am using but this does not help.
    What may be the cause for this?
    I am using the latest versions of WP and Shopkeeper theme. I would like to integrate Boxzilla with Mailchimp for WP plugin.

    Hi Nelly,

    What does your setting for “Load this box if….” look like? For this it would be super helpful if you could somehow take a look at your site’s error log, I’m sure your host can help you with this.

    In this error log is the exact error message telling us what exactly went wrong. That’ll be of great help in debugging this issue.
