    that error message doesn’t say much about the issue, and it can be anything.

    it would be more helpful if you could get to your webserver error log and past the relevant part here

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    your domain whois says that you are using godaddy, if it’s the case then you may find that error log through account manager here.

    if not, most providers use cpanel as hosting control panel, and this video might help.

    when you find the php error, email it to me at [email protected] and i’ll try to answer you back here.

    my domain godaddy but not my hosting
    after hitting my head into the wall about 10 times i fixed it ??
    something called ssv3_directory.php was missing
    i added it every thing went smooth
    after ak it was my mistake ideleted it
