    Hi, are you planning to implement internal notes like in HelpScout and notifications when notes are added?

    We already have a feature to add internal notes.You can see this option while an agent clicks on ‘submit as’ button. Showing notifications while adding internal notes is an interesting feature, we have added it to the feature list.
