    Has anyone else experienced this issue or is it just me?

    This is the biggest issue preventing me from using the plugin. We have internal notes that have information we don’t want the end user to see and currently they can see all internal notes when they view tickets from within WordPress via the Key4ce plugin. It does make the message border box a different color for the internal notes, but they’re still readable by end users.

    Sorry for my slow response.

    Our plugin doesn’t support those features yet.
    currently it only knows the difference between admins and users. (which appears in color code)

    System messages it does not yet separate.

    I can add this feature to the next release though there’s no eta for it just yet (we first scheduled a website + knowledge base for the plugin).

    If you need it fast you can consider a sponsored feature (small fee) where we can push it shortly.

    The fee shouldn’t be too high i guess as the basis should be in place to process this.

    just requires some additional code to pick up on the internal msg and to not display it in the query

    Have you had any progress or plans on fixing it?

    I just found the same issue and I’m now wondering if I will put my devs to fix it or I will wait :).

    We’re also waiting for a fix. Haven’t heard back from Author, but a fix would be amazing. This is the one thing holding us back from using the plugin.

    Hello,

    for the paid feature we did reply by mail (it’s 75 euro’s), that can/ should be ready within 1 max 2 weeks.

    For the normal development It’s not yet in development however it is on the roadmap for the next version (we been a bit overloaded with work since december, so the next version is a bit delayed but should be available within 1 max 2 months from now which includes php 7 support).
