Internal Links/crosslinks in 4.x… plugin or native?

I have always used TinyMCEadvanced, and used the Link icon & subsequent dropdown to cross-link to content with my site.

I thought this was a native feature.

With 4.1, I cannot see the dropdown in the dialog Box that allowed me to link to pages and/or posts.

Has this been dropped from WP 4.1, or from TinyMCE? Do I now need a plugin again (I used to use plugins many versions of WP ago?
