Internal Links to other language

We translated German pages into English with Polylang. The English pages are already working. However, there are internal links on the subpages that lead to other internal pages. Is it possible to automatically replace these internal links with the respective language pages? If I’m on the English site and follow a link above a button that points to the contact page /kontat, for example. Can this link be automatically replaced with /en/contact? Because if not, then we have to go through page by page manually, of course, open the English page first and change the links from DE to the English links.
