Internal links not working

Over the weekend a problem cropped up with our website: ourholyfamily.org. We traced the source of the problem to a borked .htaccess file. The isp removed the offending file and the home page loaks but none of the links on the sidebar is accessible.

I’m kind of at a loss as to where to go?
