Internal Links Disappeared

Fifteen days ago, my internal links began to disappear. The link

https://eastrose.org/picturesque-redux/about/our-community-ministers/barbara-stevens-3/

was converted to
https://eastrose.org/wordpress/barbara-stevens-3

With the installation of WP 4.0, now the menu system is not functioning.

1. Any ideas about what might be responsible?
2. I have table backups. Is there a particular table I need to restore to address this problem?
