HI, I have an eCommerce store that has it’s inventory updated each night via xml file. I spent a few hours yesterday creating internal links for my products and today they were removed, is this due to the xml file being updated? If this is the reason why the internal links are removed from my products, do you have any suggestions on how I can use this tool to make the internal links stick?

  • I just noticed the same, all my keywords I have entered the past few weeks are gone. Including all internal links.

What happend? is it possible to recover this? If I look at individual posts I still see the keywords, only on the link juicer back-end they are not showing.

Please help to make this work again.

    Hi @nverdugo
    Hi @difficultduty

thanks for getting in touch. It sounds to me like your sites are too large to finish the index building process through the automatic mode (read more about the different modes here: https://internallinkjuicer.com/docs/index-generation-mode/).

But it is hard for us to definitely locate the real issue. If you send me a temporary admin account to “help [at] internallinkjuicer.com” I will have a look at your configurations/environments and spot the issue. After that, I will be able to give you specific help to fix it. Just get in touch and refer to this thread in your mail.
