    Dear all,

I have come up with two questions regarding the use of thirsty affiliates.

    1) I use the automatic hover information on every affiliate Link. However, I only want to show this on actual affiliate Links NOT internal automatic links. Is this possible? When, how? E.g. different category settings etc.

    2) The automatic disclosure notice on affiliate links shows up in a rather bad style on the respective pages. Is it possible to show this notice in the footer section instead? Maybe there is code I can add in the footer instead of showing the automatic information.

    Kind regards and thanks!

    Hi,

    1. I’m not sure if this is what you’re referring to, but you can disable the “Disable title attribute on link insertion?” option under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Link Appearance section.

    2. You can disable the “Display disclosure notice tooltip” option and enable the “Display disclosure notice at the bottom of article” option instead, under the ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Affiliate Disclosure section.

    Hi,

    1. I’m sorry this is not what I meant. I refer to the display disclosure notice tooltipon on every single affiliate link generated with thirstyaffiliates. Can you disable this function only for certain categories? I ask this because I want to see this tooltip in general, however, not for my internal links (non-affiliate).

    2. Yes. But is it also possible to decide where to display this notice? So in my case, it would be best to show it in the footer section and not at the bottom of the article.

    Many thanks for your support.

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. I believe it would take some custom coding to disable it for certain categories and to show it in the footer section, unfortunately.
