Internal link in menu and widgets

Is there any shortcode I can type in the admin menu page or in widgets to get the URL of my website.

When I makea home link I have to type
‘https://mydomain.com/DEV_environment/’

And change it when I go to Production with a link like :
‘https://mydomain.com/’

I would like to type instead something like [Home_URL] in the menu page or in text widgets. Is there any way to do this ?
