    Hi there @striveptadmin

I just checked source code for your pages and see that the WP-Optimize plugin is also active on your site (at least for Gzip).

Unexpected issues like this can certainly occur if you are using more than one cache/optimization plugin, especially if you have enabled duplicate functionality in two or more such plugins.

Ideally, you should only be using a single cache/optimization plugin. If, for any reason, you do require more than one, it’s important to ensure you have not enabled any features in WP-Optimize that duplicate the ones you have enabled in Hummingbird, and vice-versa.

So the 1st thing to do would be to ensure all caches have been cleared from every plugin on the site (and server if applicable). Then check the site again.

If the issues persist, temporarily deactivate WP-Optimize and clear all caches, then check the site once more.

Chances are that there is indeed a conflict occurring with the 2nd active cache/optimization plugin, so my bet would be on that.

Please do let us know if this helps, or if you need more assistance with this.

    Cheers!

    Hi Patrick!

    Thanks for the reply!

I have deleted WPO, cleared all caches.. and still broken images. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi @striveptadmin,

Sorry for the delay in getting back. Regarding your query, Hummingbird in general shouldn’t be interfering with how the images are loaded.

I checked the mentioned Page URLs and could notice the images aren’t loading. Could we know whether you checked if the images are present on the server-side when you check manually?

Hummingbird in general only controls how the website loads in the frontend, it shouldn’t be removing the images from the server. If I try to load the image URLs I see a 404 error, which means the images aren’t present on the server.

If there are any issues within Hummingbird temporarily deactivating the plugin should revert the changes back to normal. If the issue still exists even after then I’m afraid it has to do with some other factors causing it. Checking the server side would be a start.

Regarding the CSS and JS error, I don’t see any issue at the moment when I check the mentioned URLs. I suppose it’s working fine now?

Please do advise if I have missed out on anything. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

Yeah turns out certain images somehow got deleted from the server. We have no idea how, but it seems it lined up with hummingbird coincidentally. Thanks for the help
