• Hi!

I created a new stripe account, new plaid account and got the api keys plugged in. On the form I fill in the email address and amount to test, then use login to my bank and receive an error “Internal error occurred, we have been notified about the problem”

Seems like an API issue but not sure what I’m missing.
I have “Live (Stripe) Development (Plaid)” selected on the plugin setting page which should be able to live charge the bank, right?

    Thank you ??

Assuming you have have the correct API keys in the correct place, yes. Can you provide the error that is printed to your PHP or WordPress debug log?

Here’s a link to the screenshot. This is right after entering username and password. It doesn’t even get to the 2 step authentication with text message.

That screen shot doesn’t work. I understand it doesn’t get to the second step. What I’m looking for is the error printed to your debug log.

@norbc Don’t use short links in these forums, those get expanded when found.

This seems like a bank specific issue – I tried logging into the same bank via Plaid (TDBank) on another big merchant’s website and get the same error. Maybe there’s an issue with the specific account I have at TD Bank.

I tried my own website with a different bank and it’s working (even though I didn’t go as far as clicking the “pay” button)

I think this is resolved for now.

    Thanks for helping me!
