    Hi,

I’ve just tried your plugin a few hours ago and I’m starting to like it. Unfortunately, lately, I’ve been getting an error when bulk-optimizing my images: Internal error
HTTP/2.0 404. The media file is certainly there in my library, so what does that error mean? Every time that happens, it seems like I need to refresh and click the “Optimize” button once again, as the queue freezes.

Oh, and one more thing. Does this plugin have any problem with W3 Total Cache? I haven’t experienced any problem yet, but is there any known issue I need to know?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,

There have been the occasional errors from our API over the past few weeks and you could be one of the few users affected. We are working on long term solutions for this and hope you’ll see improvement soon.

If you use W3 Total Cache for the CDN feature then maybe you can consider WP Offload S3 Lite. We explicitly support that plugin for putting images on S3/CloudFront in combination with the TinyPNG/TinyJPG Compress JPEG & PNG images plugin.

    Hope this helps!
