Internal 500 after updating to Version 1.4.4

  • Using the WP version 4.81. I updated plugin to latest version 1.4.4. Now can’t get into the wp-admin, I get an internal system 500 error!!! I had to resort to access via ftp, where I changed the name of the plugin. Only then could I get access to wp-admin. Not impressed!!!!

    Could you rename plugin via ftp ( in folder “wp-content/plugins”) , login to wp-admin , delete it and install updated version ?
