Intern nofollow in comments

Hello,

maybe I am wrong, but my seo-tool onpage.org says that on my pagesite burgerpresse-test.com/burger-selber-machen/ there is/are intern nofollow-links, which is considered “bad” for seo ranking.

When I look at the source code, the first nofollow-attribute is found in:
<backticks><h3 id=”reply-title” class=”comment-reply-title”>Kommentar verfassen <small>Antworten abbrechen</small></h3>
</backticks>

So my question is: Is this nofollow-attribute in fact bad for seo?
Shouldn’t it then be changed?
