    Bonjour All,

I have a site that incorporates this plugin and I am really pleased with the results. The only issue I have is that if the Twitter account that I have connected does not make a posting within a couple of days, the postings on my site disappear (not good!).

Apologies if someone has asked this before but is there some sort of cache day limit that the plugin will remember posts? Or is there some sort of option that I can put into the code that will stop this happening.

Thanks for any replies in advance!

Sorry, should have read the ReadMe…

    * Some people were reporting that their main twitter feed was not outputting any tweets. This is due to Twitter’s RSS feed publishing only ‘recent’ tweets. Instead I have updated the plugin with a new option:
    * other=”yes” will enable the backup RSS feed from Twitter. This will output tweets but will not be able to output your profile image.

    Hi,

Glad you got it sorted. One thing to note is that as of today Twitter will stop supporting RSS. The plugin now uses Twitter’s official embedded tweet timeline to output rather than flat HTML. I wrote a blog post about it today.

As a result I have also made Twitter Feed PRO and launched it today, where it has more options than ever before, and uses Twitter’s new API rather than RSS to grab tweets.
