Intermittent preview failure and broken page

    For the most part the plugin works as intended, however we have experienced some intermittent issues…

    #1 Occasionally after making a change and clicking preview our preview is not showing the changes we’ve made to a draft revision.

    #2 We’ve had a couple times when creating a revision and then submitting for review causes the original page not to show up on the front end… ie the page that is pending publishing of a revision returns an error page not found.
    (deleting the revision causes the page to come back up on the front end)

    @bhooks – can you provide repeatable step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce this?

    For #1 possibly a work-around is to “save-draft” first, the click “preview”.

    For #2 – Revisionize hasn’t been tested with multiple user roles. I wrote it for a simple case of 1 admin. It wasn’t intended to handle users that have to submit their post for review and have it approved by an editor or admin.
