    I’ve heard from multiple users that they are getting stuck in the purchase process. From what I’ve gathered, Paypal doesn’t always load correctly after logging in to pay. I’m getting about a 75/25 success rate of “completed” verses “pending” orders and having trouble getting to the bottom of what is happening.

    I’ve visited your event and tried to make a purchase but I have not been able to reproduce the issue (see https://somup.com/cTVlhYdJzm).

    The intermittent nature of this case tells me that we may be dealing with some caching issues here. As such, I recommend going through our Caching with The Events Calendar knowledgebase article for insights and suggestions.
