intermittent fading problem with H (title) tags

  • Hi,

    Ever since I upgraded a site I’m developing to 4.2 (I think it was last week) I am experiencing an intermittent problem with the title tags (H2, H3 etc) displaying as faded out. As I click around the pages, suddenly I’ll hit a page that all the title tags are faded out, then I click around some more and they return to the way they’re supposed to look.

    I’m sorry, I can’t give you a URL because the site’s in maintenance mode as it’s not launched yet but supposed to launch on Wed night and I have to get this problem fixed before that.

    I don’t see a way to upload screenshots here so you can see what I’m talking about. The Dashboard shows the site is using 4.2 but I’m not getting any message to upgrade to 4.2.1 which has always been automatic or at least a message to upgrade, I have neither.

    Has anyone experienced this and/or have any ideas on where to look for the problem?

    I think I just found the problem. I was using the Firefox browser. Tried IE and on the bottom of IE a message pops up “Only Secure Content is Displayed” when I click on “Show All Content” the page refreshes and the faded issue is gone, the page looks like it’s supposed to.

    So, it seems to have something to do with the secure content in the store area of the site. I don’t know why it doesn’t display a similar message in Firefox, though.

    Hope this helps someone else.
