Intermittent Error Message

It seems we are having intermittent issues with CF7 right now. Sometimes a user will get an error message stating that “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

I have disabled all other plugins that were working with CF7 and removed any and all recapcha keys. Still we are seeing this error.

This is a critical time as we are having a lot of traffic to the site right now. Any advice will be mega appreciated.
