Intermittent blank page and error on wordpress site

  • Hi Guys!

    I am getting a blank white page when trying to load my wordpress site in my browser (Firefox, IE or Google Chrome). I also receive the following error sometimes:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action()

    This bug only happens intermittently. Any ideas what may cause this problem?
