Intermittent authentication unsuccessful

Over the past few weeks I have noticed a number of errors in Postman’s email log. They all say “5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.” I increased the timeout limits in the settings but many messages are still being prevented. I am connecting to an Office 365 server – the weird thing is there were no errors when we first installed Postman, in February. I kept an eye on it for a few months and there were no errors, and so I stopped checking. Now within the past 3 weeks these are cropping up and I’m unsure what settings to adjust.
