Intermittent 404 on Post Name Permalinks

    Hi, did anyone encountered 404 on WP using PostName permalinks? It’s happening to some of the sites hosted under 1 cPanel account and other sites on a different cPanel account. WordPress 4.8, cPanel 64.0 (build 29), Php 5.

    So far I tried flushing permalinks, reset .htaccess to default, changed theme, disabled all plugins, reinstalled WP, rolling back WP from backup, transferring to a different host, asking host help but was told there’s no more httpconf in our cPanel.
    Any ideas? Thanks!
