Intermittent 404 Errors With Custom Post Type

I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful caching plugin – it really sped up my site! However, I noticed that after awhile, I started getting reports from my readers that my custom post types, in this case the reviews, were giving them 404 errors.
This was only a fraction of my readers, so it seemed like an intermittent thing. Coming from this, I had no idea how to troubleshoot it, so I was hoping you guys could give me some input?
