InterLink are getting comment, but nothing is there.

What is this “Inter Link” tool that you’re using? Is it some plugin? Can you give me its URL so I can read about it?

Not using any tool, it is just like hyperlinks. Which URL are you referring to so that I will give you?

As I said there is nothing shown on the actual post, but on the Admin portal under Comment Section, I am getting a comment notification that says my new post has a comment on another post for which link I use as Interlink on the new post.

Here, no option for screenshots, or else I could send you the screenshot of the Comment section.
