• I have a commercial (e-commerce) website: ‘a’https://www.lawnbagsigns.com ‘a’. I have many customers and I’d like to give them the ability to leave comments. I’m thinking of making a blog and intergrating it into the website.

I’m not really sure what would be the best way to do that and what kind of theme would be the best one for the purpose of leaving comments. Any help?

  • just install wordpress in a folder like “blog” or whatever
link to it from root site
almost all themes are comment enabled

I’ll try it. Thank you for your help. Won’t the blog’s theme not fit into the overall website design? Is there a way to customize existing themes?

choose a theme that’s close and customize away

I guess what my question was “how do I customize an existing theme?” I’m pretty sure that’s a novice question, but I really don’t know how. I guess you’d have to edit the .php files via notepad, but there are so many of those, which one do I edit?

Or is there a more user-friendly way?
