Interfering with LastForm plugin

Hi there. Thanks again for the great plugin! I just updated to the latest WP Rocket (2.11.3) and I found an issue with one of my plugins “Lastpass” https://goo.gl/KrWYZz
It was fine before this update, however as you can see on the problem URL provided the entire form doesn’t show because it is based puerely on JS. Once I deactivate your plugin the problem goes away. Can you please let me know how to fix this? – Would be great if we can easily exclude any problem JS the way we can on WP Rocket. Thanks
