Interfering with Jetpack related post, sumo me, discuss comment system

Hello,
I recently updated the above the fold plugin (the last 2 updates) and soon after that the “Related Post” a feature of jetpack plugin stopped displaying the post. If i deactivate the Above the fold optimization, its working fine.
Same is the condition with sumo me share buttons and discover feature. They too are not displayed with above the fold enabled.
In case of disqus comments, activating the above the fold plugin makes it work fine but when I disable it there occurs a issue of overlapping content.

Kindly check if there is any compatibility issue with any or all of these plugins.

There is no compatibility issue with the mentioned plugins. In the below example the SumoMe share feature is used with the External Javascript Proxy and it is working well.
