Interferes with other plugins

Really good plugin to speed up your site, it really does minify and cache as it says.

BUT, the plugin also interferes with other already installed plugins which is the reason why I am uninstalling it.
For example, my popup plugin (which I use to gain subs for my newsletter) doesn’t work unless the page is refreshed. Same with the youtube plugin which keeps the mobile version intact. But now the videos instead of being mobile-sized they are desktop sized on a mobile version until you refresh the page and everything goes back to normal.

If there is a way to fix this problem I will switch back to the W3 plugin because I really like it.
