Interference with Stat Counter?

    Have you heard of any problems with StatCounter? I noticed my Stat Counter (statcounter.com) quit logging traffic after setting up WP Hide & Security Enhancer. I’ve checked statcounter thoroughly and it is correctly installed (meanwhile, Wordfence is still logging traffic). Could rewriting the urls interfere with StatCounter?
