Thank you for your feedback. As just described in this thread, it looks like you have an adblocker active in your browser that is breaking the correct display of the Ad Edit page.
EDIT: Thanks for the suggestion to add a notice when an ad blocker is enabled. We had this earlier and I will bring the idea into the team.
