Interest Groups Keep Changing

    CONTEXT
    I run a series of landing pages for real estate properties.
    The EasyForm is connected to a Zapier automation sequence triggered and filtered by the hidden interest group on that is pre-selected on the form. The automation only sends info if that group is checked. It stops if it’s not. The EasyForm only 1 property selected in the interest group setting despite listing several others.

    Since about August, I have noticed that the selected interest group (or property) does not check the correct group. A completely different property(s) is selected. Thus the automation stops running.

    Anyone know what could be happening? I’ve lost so many leads.

    Hi @sandgfx

    When you look at your form in the Form Builder, is the hidden field still there with the proper interest group chosen?

    I looked at the changelog and we didn’t push any updates and our update in July had to do with Google ReCAPTCHA 3.
