Interdependency between two swatches to be removed

Here, in my site, when I select Upholstery, I can see related options in the Mr Brown finish section, but when I go back to upholstery to choose any other option then I see only one option which is connected and related to Mr. Brown Finish. I don’t want to affect my Upholstery. How do I resolve this issue.
