    We buy and print labels through WooCommerce Shipping and Taxes, specifically through Automattic, Inc.

    We have the ability to request a refund for an unused label. But what if a customer disputes are charge or isn’t successfully billed for their order?

    With our own USPS account, we can request that the package be intercepted, and rerouted back to the sender. Is there a way to do this through Automattic, Inc / WooCommerce Shipping plugin?
