Interactive Tournament Bracket Plugin

I am looking for someone to build a plugin for the purpose of an online tournament bracket for a annual beer cup we have on our blog.

We used to use a site called bracketeers (public.bracketeers.com) which essentially did what we needed and then I embeded it on our site. The site is no longer available so I am reaching out to the word press community and I am hoping someone can help.

What we would like is a plugin or something we can use to integrate a 64 team bracket on our site. However, we would like it to be dynamic.

For instance, you enter in all of your teams on the backend and the first round is displayed to the public. They are able to click on the team/beer they like and it tallys votes for them. After a predetermined amount of time (configured in the backend) a winner of each match is determined and is automatically moved into the next round where users can vote on them again by simply clicking on the team/beer they want.

I am hoping this would not be a difficult thing to add to wordpress and am hoping it can be a plugin or something.

Thank you in advance for your help. I will try to compensate in anyway I can, but we are a blog without any advertising or sponsors. We do it just for the fun of it and to get the word out about the small breweries.
