Interactive Contact Form Plugin????

    Looking for plugin, or another option, that can duplicate the functions for the opt-in/contact forms on sites like lowermybills, zillowmortgage and leadpops. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  • Other than the eye candy, this is just a multi-page form (perhaps with branching).

    For WordPress plugins, see Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, etc

    For online forms generators, WuFoo, CognitoForms, etc.

    Again, this is just a multi-page form with some eye candy, and they only ask one question at a time.
