Interactive Banner Linking not working

    Issue with the linking of an Interactive Banner. The banners work perfectly as long as I don’t insert a link into them. As soon as I want to put a link into the banner, the whole site shows up empty and all the elements of the SiteOrigin Page Builder disappear in the preview and in the life version but are still visible in the edit mode of that specific page.

    Any ideas?

    (WP, SiteOrigin Page Builder and CodeLights Widgets are up-to-date, happens with all Interactive Banners and with all kind of links)

    Unfortunately I cannot replicate the issue. Created clean WP installation, installed the latest versions of SiteOrigin Builder and CodeLights, created banner with link, but everything works just fine.

    If you’re seeing white screen, your error.log should contain some messages about fatal errors. Can you replicate the issues locally and let me know, what are the last 5 lines of error.log?

    thanks for your reply. It’s actually not a “white screen”, all other elements not created with the SiteOrigin Page builder show correctly. All the PageBuilder elements disappear and the page is “empty” between header and footer.

    Didn’t find any lines related to that in the error.log. Maybe there is no actual error reported, WordPress acts completely normal and doesn’t show any messages at all.

    Any other ideas what other information could help you with this problem?

    If you still experience the issue, please provide me some additional data, so I could replicate the issue (for example All-in-one Migration Dump of a website with an issue, but with your passwords changed).
