Interactive Application Form

  • I want a questionnaire to be highly interactive, with fill in the blanks, multiple choice, and scroll downs and scales of 1-10. So this won’t seem like such a grueling task. I want our clients to focus on one question at a time, so to expose each question to come up one after the other.

    if you need flexibility in creating a form….start by checking into a plugin like Gravity Forms.

    I need:
    user> Login> [(interactive application) user answers each question one by one, the questions appear only one at a time]
