Interacting with comments push content above out of main wrapper

Hey. Would anyone mind helping me out with a problem that I can’t seem to find out. I’ve been trying to understand why whenever I interact with anything related to the comments, everything above the comment gets pushed out of the container.

The site is now live on a temporary server so you can check it out if you feel like helping me out on this ??

Try going into a post and press time posted or a link related to the comments to see my problem.

I’ve been through my comments template hundreds of times and I can’t find anything wrong with it. Same goes for the post template as well.

I’m guessing this would’ve never happened if I just bought a theme and used it, but I wanted to try to code it from the bottom, so I’ve been using resources/tutorials/code snippets from very many different places..

I appreciate any help on this ??
