[Intense Shortcodes] Sections not loading to full width right away

I created a sales page using the Intense Shortcodes plugin – each section is between a full width shortcode.

For some reason, the sections aren’t loading to full width right away. It takes about 1-3 seconds for the sections to jump to their right place. I checked the speed of the page on google PageInsights which was at 84, optimized images, and eliminated render-blocking JavaScript and CSS following these instructions: https://pointblankpro.com/remove-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-wordpress/ (which messed up my page so I had to get rid of it). Nothing worked. I don’t know if it is the speed of the page or the shortcodes.
