Our plugin doesn’t provide an option to do this in the configuration tab, but this can be done with a bit of PHP code. You will want to use:

$fields[‘delayed_option’] = ‘last-active’;

I added this block to the functions.php in the theme folder:

add_filter('onesignal_send_notification', 'onesignal_send_notification_filter', 10, 4);
function onesignal_send_notification_filter($fields, $new_status, $old_status, $post)
{
  $fields['delayed_option'] = 'last-active';

  return $fields;
}
