Integration with Whatsapp CLoud API +1

- Is it possible for me to customize this plugin so as to make it work with Whatsapp Cloud API. Does it have the neccessary Hooks and filters if I my dev want to do this? ie display all messages received and sent using Wahtsapp cloud api? 2. Will admin users be able to chat even when they are working in the admin area of the website – Meaning to say can the chat window remain open in the admin as well as front end of the website?
