Integration with supsystic popup stoped working

Hello,

I am using supsystic popup plugin to get visitors to subscribe to my mail poet list. It was working fine, but recently stopped working. After the visitor clicks the sign up button it gets stuck on loading and doesn’t add the user to the list. It works fine with regular WordPress user list.
