Integration with sportspress

    Hi,

    I’m trying to integrate this with a particular part of SportsPress, namely tournaments.

    It’s a custom post type, sp_tournament and it contains lots of metadata referring to the posts that are associated with it but I can’t seem to get this plugin to display them when I go to the customizer.

    Any tips on what to modify to get it working?

    Essentially all metaboxes that appear on the edit post screen cannot be automatically displayed in the customizer because PHP metaboxes are incompatible in the JS environment of the Customizer for several reasons. So the metaboxes have to be re-implemented as customizer controls.
