    Hello,
    Does the Salesforce for Gravity Forms plugin allow integration with SalesForce Webform?
    Or only with with Salesforce CRM Lead, Contact and Case?

    Yes, it does work with web to lead (web form),

    if you connect salesforce via API then all objects(Contacts , accounts etc) are supported
    connecting with org ID only supports leads and cases
