Integration with PODS

Has anyone had experience integrating EM with the PODS plugin. Specifically, EM does a great job with the details for EVENTS, (Obviously. It’s an “EVENTS” plugin….) Our usage makes great use of that. In addition, we have a need to get more information into the LOCATIONS portion of EM.

PODS seems to be able to due that, by either creating a new custom Post type, or a new taxonomy. My concern though is the output side of things: Will EM be able to use that newly created field data in its output?
