Integration with Oxygen

Can you instruct me on how to integrate this into an Oxygen built site?

If I put the code in as shortcode, the menu is good but will not work in mobile. It is there but doesn’t function correctly. It does not show an icon for mobile use. Menu is open constantly.

I did notice since Oxygen cancels out all WP theme loads, that in the menu settings I cannot select the location of the menu. It is unavailable and says that I need to select a location.

In WP Mega Menu settings, I see at the bottom, along with the shortcode integration there is also a PHP method. Would the PHP method fix the problem? If so, where do I put this code?
