    Hi Baden,
I’d like to integrate your plugin with the “Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode” by SeedProd. I have that one installed as kind of a leadpage until I finish developing the website: https://www.gibbriverroadguide.com
When I insert the shortcode [tminus t=”01-09-2016 00:00:00″/] in the body of their “message”, I see exactly this code on my page, but not the nice countdown.
Any idea how I can fix this? (I could ask SeedPro, but I’m sure they’ll tell me to buy their pro version which has a timer.)
    Cheers,
    Michaela

    Hello Michaela,

This might be a bit tricky, but we’ll look into it and get back to you with an update…

Ok, so you are correct, seedprod has purposely disabled shortcode support in the free version as shown on the Comparison Between the Free & Pro Version

So honestly you have two options:
    1. use a different free coming soon plugin that has a countdown (or at least supports shortcodes). We have used EZP Coming Soon Page in the past with great sucess.
    2. pay for the Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode upgrade

Let us know if we can be of any more assistance. In the meantime, we’ll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.

Thanks a lot for your quick and helpful reply, Baden!

I installed the mentioned EZP Coming Soon Page and it works great. Emails won’t be added directly to Mailchimp, but there is a simple export function with which I can load all new subscribers into my Mailchimp list whenever I want.

    Cheers,
    Michaela
